Data Analysis and Reporting

TII Biostatisticians and SAS Analysts can provide you with specialized data mining, analysis and reporting services that can transform vast clinical databases into meaningful, actionable information for your business, research and clinical needs.

One of our specialties is the field of transplantation and Immunosuppression therapies. The data collected via the Organ Procurement Transplantation network (OPTN) comprises one of the world’s largest medical databases for a specific therapeutic area. The system collects data on every patient listed for organ transplantation, tracking them from registration through transplant. The system also tracks all semi-annual and annual follow-up visits after the transplant for the remainder of the recipient’s life. These data represent virtually 100 percent of the nation’s organ transplant activity since 1987—totaling nearly 300,000 organ transplants. The database houses approximately two million records and grows by more than 250,000 records every year.

TII Biostatisticians, SAS Analysts and programmers, working with patient de-identified data can assist you with:

  • Standard data requests
  • Complex research studies
  • Data sharing contracts
  • Staff augmentation
  • Transplant trends analyses
  • Immunosuppresive switching trends
  • And more
